This is a Exclusionary Policy: The most comprehensive extended warranty available. It is typically referred to as a "Bumper to Bumper" policy. This particular policy lists components of your vehicle that are not covered under the warranty. If a part or component is not listed, then it is covered under an exclusionary policy.

YOUR EXTENDED SERVICE CONTRACT DOES NOT PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR, OR APPLY TO, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

EXCLUSIONS: (This is what is not covered, everything else is…)
Service adjustments, reprogramming and cleaning, alignment, refrigerant, coolant, lubricants, filters, fluids, batteries, belts, (except timing belt and serpentine belt not subject to maintenance replacement), hoses, filters, PCV, ignition coil, ignition wires, spark/glow plugs, EGR valve, and oxygen sensors, tune up, wiper blades, tires, wheels, wheel balancing or alignment, MacPherson struts, shock absorbers, disc brake pads and rotors, brake shoes and drums, manual clutch disc/pressure plate and throw out bearing, fuses, light bulbs, sealed beams and lenses, exhaust systems including catalytic converter, air conditioning recharge, shop supplies, freight and hazardous waste removal charges. Repairs to retrofit, reprogram (except in conjunction with a covered repair), or replace components due to compliance with any law or legislation. Repairs to seized or damaged engines due to continued operation lubricants or coolants.

Glass body structure and frame, bright metal, bumpers, sheet metal, moldings, weather strips, ornamentation, paint, rust, corrosion, side view mirrors, squeaks, wind, air, and water leaks, wheel covers, vinyl tops, convertible tops, buttons, knobs and handles, upholstery, trim, carpeting, dash pad and console, interior rear view mirror, vanity mirror, cellular phones, CB radios, radar detectors, non manufacturer installed equipment including anti-theft system, radios, cassette/CD players, graphic equalizers, amplifiers and speakers, TV, CD and video cassette players and monitors.

*Lubricants, filters, fluids, coolants, and refrigerants will be covered if replacement is required in connection with a breakdown.

WEAR AND TEAR Included: Provides Coverage when a failure occurs due to the covered part having worn beyond the manufacturer’s tolerances allowed for the particular Vehicle at the mileage when the Breakdown occurs.

ROAD AMERICA MOTOR CLUB:

AA AutoWarranty.com offers the most comprehensive road-side assistance program for the entire life of your policy.

We provide customers of our warranty program a membership into ‘Road America Motor Club’, at no additional cost, for the entire term of the policy. Even though we hope you are never faced with a roadside emergency, we are extending this benefit to provide additional ‘peace of mind’ to our consumers and their families.

Emergency Roadside Assistance 24 hours a day/365 days a year - Upon enrollment in an extended service contract with AA AutoWarranty.com, you will be provided with a toll-free number which will allow access to our motor club network throughout the United States and Canada. ‘Covered emergencies’ are subject to a $50.00 per occurrence limitation. 1-800-325-9028

Towing Assistance - If your car cannot be started or driven, a contracted service provider will tow your vehicle to a service facility. ($50.00) per occurrence.

Battery Assistance - If a battery failure occurs, a jump start will be applied by a service technician to start the covered vehicle.

Flat Tire Assistance - A technician’s service consists of removal of the flat tire and its replacement with a customer provided spare tire.

Fuel, Oil, Fluid, and Water Delivery Service - A service vehicle will be dispatched to deliver an emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid and water if you are in immediate need.

Emergency Lock-Out Assistance - In the event that your keys are locked inside the vehicle, our service technician will provide assistance in gaining entry to the vehicle.

Rental - In the event of a covered mechanical failure, there will be reimbursement for actual expenses occurred for substitute transportation at the maximum daily rate of $35.00 per day, not to exceed 6 days.

Travel Expenses - In the event of a covered mechanical failure, there will be reimbursement for up to $100.00 per day for a period not to exceed 5 days for restaurant, meals, and lodging that you incur for staying at a hotel/motel when your vehicle can not be operated and is more than 100 miles from your home.
