Addendum to Contract

Hitech GPS/Entertainment Package Option

 

This Addendum is in effect concurrent with and becomes part of Your Contract. You must have purchased the Hitech GPS/Entertainment Package Option for this Addendum to be in effect. All terms and conditions included in the attached contract apply to the Hitech GPS/Entertainment Package.

HiTech GPS/Entertainment Package: If You selected and paid an additional charge for the Hitech GPS/Entertainment package as shown on Your Registration Page, the following components of Your Vehicle will be covered under this Contract: GPS/Navigation System (does not include programming); factory installed video components including TV/VCR/DVD/Video Game Player. This Coverage applies to manufacturer installed base units only and does not include software contained therein, cleaning/adjusting, and programming or updates. In addition the following items are excluded under this Coverage: all media (for example, digital storage media, cassettes, compact discs, DVD’s and game cartridges), subscription fees or service, and all handheld wired or remote controls or devices including wiring to handheld devices. Coverage for components specifically named in this section supersedes the exclusion of those components. This optional Coverage requires payment of a surcharge and must have been selected at the time of the original Contract purchase as shown on Your Registration Page. Component replacements are limited to one (1) occurrence during the term of this Contract.
